Send a Bug Report

Send a report to developers if you have an issue with the app

If you run into any issues using the MangoApps Messenger app, it is easy to send a report to our technical team.

From the MangoApps app, click on Email Report in the bottom right hand side of the screen.

The bug report will contain information about your computer and operating system. It will also contain logs from the system. These logs contain valuable information for our technical engineers to get to the bottom of the issue quickly.

Be sure to fill is as much detail as your can about issue you are running into. The more details you provide, the quicker our engineers will be able to solve the issue.

In addition to being able to click on Email Report, you can also right click in the chat screen.

This will trigger a dialog box. Select Report a Problem. That will bring up the send report box. Then, just follow the same process as you would if you had select Email Report.

In order to help our engineers more quickly solve any bugs, should enable the log file in your Preferences. To see how to set that up, click HERE.
